The Three Pillars of CILA’s NCLEX-RN Programme

Guidance

CILA’s NCLEX-RN programme assures you the best information and assistance to register as a nurse in Australia, Canada, and the USA. We will guide you through the different processes and requirements to achieve the Authorisation To Test (ATT) status required to take the NCLEX RN. You will learn about the systems, clinical experience requirements, and what’s involved in getting a work visa for each country.

Training

You will be asked to take a short assessment to evaluate your likely score in the NCLEX RN exam. Then, you will take a 12-week course, as recommended by the National State Boards of Nursing (NSNBC) in the USA. This will consist of daily review classes in the areas of:

  • Medical
  • Surgical
  • Obstetrics and Gynaecology
  • Psychiatry
  • Paediatrics

Each week, you will have reviews and short tests in these areas and a weekly overall assessment test to review your progress. You will have access to a large Virtual Library of study materials to focus on areas of weakness. Regular tutorials with trainers and feedback about your performance will also be provided.

Job Placement Service

CILA's recruitment company will locate direct hire nursing jobs for internationally qualified nurses in Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. They will also assist with training courses that allow conversion to work visas in the USA. However, it is important to note that CILA does not guarantee jobs to any candidate.

Before the course begins, you will be asked about your preferences, and the recruitment company will focus on identifying suitable positions for internationally qualified nurses in your chosen country and area of professional interest. They will arrange placement interviews, and with the right skills, you will be able to pass those interviews. It’s important to note that CILA does not guarantee jobs to you.

Once you clear the NCLEX RN, you will be able to apply for jobs that offer sponsorship to internationally qualified nurses. You will also receive interview coaching and practice interviews to develop your interview technique.
